This is monoclonal-based to detect circulating PMSG levels in serum or plasma samples from horses between 25-120 days of fertilisation to confirm pregnancy.

The kit comprises a 96-well microtitre plate coated with highly purified PMSG, standards, anti-PMSG antibody, negative control, conjugate, buffer solution, wash solution, stop solution.

This diagnostic test is intended for the detection of PMSG in serum or plasma samples. This standardised ELISA is based on monoclonal antibodies with high sensitivity and specificity for PMSG.( cross-reaction with other hormones less than 1%). Levels above 65IU are secreted by pregnant mares.
